Returns & Cancellations

UK Returns

You can return any purchase within 14 days for a full refund.
Use the return label included in your parcel, then drop it off at your local Post Office.
After sending, email customercare@trendytracks.co.uk with your order number and tracking details.
A £2.99 return fee applies to all UK returns. Refunds are processed within 5 working days once we receive your parcel.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have tags attached.
We may apply a 15% surcharge for soiled items or missing tags.

International Returns (Europe & USA)

Email customercare@trendytracks.co.uk with your order number and return details.
You will receive a UPS label for your return.
A €6.99 return fee applies to European returns and a $9.99 fee to U.S. returns. Refunds are processed within 5 working days once received.
Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
